When the Axela I was wanting to purchase didn't pass the WoF, instead of rushing me through the process, Tom took the time to send it to the mechanic in order to add fresh tires to ensure it was in top condition to pass the WOF. He even fully topped up the gas and had the car thoroughly cleaned. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the car’s condition and the customer’s experience like Tom did. I needed a newer car because my older work vehicle is too tired. So they got the new car registered for me in a couple of hours. Very efficient team and no problems. Good simple car for carrying equipment and for work.
